We wanted something delicious and new to share with you!

Is there anything better than bacon and cheese? Sure, just add some pistachios and sausage! What’s nice is that, if you make this as an appetizer for a party, it can be served cold or at room temperature. The sausage is precooked, and the recipe requires no cooking at all! Each truffle has 145 calories and 1.5 grams of net carbs! Get the recipe here.

We’re heading into summer and that means guacamole! After the recent avocado recall, it’s natural to be a little hesitant about a recipe with guacamole. However, the potentially contaminated fruit were pulled off the shelf. This recipe calls for cooking the avocado and teaches you a method to make tubes from bacon. Each serving has only 70 calories and two grams of carbs. Get the recipe here.

Savory Cannoli

If you like egg salad, this recipe is sure to thrill. Move over, deviled eggs, you’re being dethroned from the top spot at the buffet! The bacon tubes can be made following the same method that the guacamole recipe suggests, or you can bake the bacon flat and use it as a cracker for the slightly spicy, smooth egg salad. That last method works well if you like your egg salad to have more lumps. Egg salad with a lot of texture is hard to pipe into a bacon tube. Each cannolo has 112 calories and 0.5 grams of carbs. The short list of ingredients means fewer steps, less mess to clean and more time spent with friends! A serving has 171 calories and 0.3 grams of carbs. Get the recipe here.

Reviews say they go fast so you might want to double the recipe! Each truffle has 120 calories and two grams of carbs. Get the recipe here.
