Lamb is a meat people love or hate. We think it’s amazing for a spring holiday like Easter. If your family loves lamb, this will be a hit! The instructions call for the meat to be cooked on a grill. That’s perfect if you are having a warm Easter. They can be made in an overproof skillet if you are somewhere cooler or rainy! A serving has 231 calories, three grams of carbs and nine grams of fat. Keto Glazed Ham

Honey-glazed ham is a favorite when it comes to Easter. However, some premade ones can be horrifyingly high in sugar and not be easily enjoyed by people with blood sugar concerns. This version that uses a bone-in precooked ham and a homemade glaze is delicious and won’t spike blood sugar. It’s high in fat. But any holiday ham is. Pay attention to your portion size and enjoy holiday food appropriately. It also contains molasses, which might scare people. Molasses adds three grams of carbs per serving. If that is unappealing, swap it out for a low-carb maple syrup instead. As it is written, a serving has 708 calories, 3.8 grams of carbs, 0.2 grams of fiber and 41.8 grams of fat. Get the recipe.

Keto Easter Chocolate Nests

Easter nests are a classic, beloved Easter treat. However, they aren’t great for blood sugar. Traditionally made with crispy chow mein noodles or pretzels and chocolate and then topped with chocolate eggs, they are usually just carb bombs. This version swaps the noodles and pretzels for nuts, seeds and shredded coconut. Then, it coats it all in sugar-free chocolate and tops them with low-sugar candies. Unlike normal nests, they have protein and more flavors. In addition to being healthier, they feel elevated and like a classy treat! A serving has 164 calories, five grams of carbs, two grams of fiber and 15 grams of fat. Get the recipe.

Reese’s shaped treats are a seasonal delight — unless you care about your blood sugar. While many of us are skipping eggs in the supermarket at the moment, you don’t have to skip peanut butter eggs with this recipe. Because the filling isn’t just peanut butter but a mix of tasty ingredients that add up to a filling with the consistency of cookie dough, these taste like Reese’s. Any Reese’s lover will be over the moon when enjoying these! A serving has 125 calories, 5.4 grams of carbs, 2.3 grams of fiber and 11 grams of fat. Get the recipe.

We hope that these recipes bring joy to your Easter celebration this weekend!
