Four Pumpkin Treats for Halloween

Some years we have celebrated Halloween throughout all of October, and that was probably too much. We have been very subdued this year and have just one recipe blog dedicated to Halloween.

If you want to make Halloween treats and nothing in this blog sparks joy in your heart, use the search bar on our blog for other Halloween recipes. We have a ton from years past! We have had sweet and savory options. This year, we’re focusing on four pumpkin treats for you to share this Saturday!

Pumpkin Cheesecake Truffles

With parents scared about the dangers of unwrapped sweets, you can’t give out homemade treats to trick-or-treaters. But you can make candy to share with your friends and family. These delicious truffles are perfect for the season and an excellent treat for people avoiding the sugar of store-bought candy! A serving has 88 calories, 3.5 grams of carbs, 1.5 grams of fiber and 7.7 grams of fat. Get the recipe.

Pumpkin Cookies

We hesitate to call these cookies. Some people would call them no-bake cookies. We would call them edible cookie dough. They are scrumptious. They’re also perfect if you live in a warmer place, as we do. We want fall treats, but we don’t want to bake our baked goods because it’s still a little warm to have the oven on for long periods. If you’re in a warm southern state, these might be the perfect Halloween sweet for you. A serving has 147 calories, five grams of carbs, three grams of fiber and 14 grams of fat. Get the recipe.

Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse

This pumpkin mousse packs a punch as it is made with pumpkin, pumpkin spice and pumpkin spice liquid stevia, if you can find it. If not, you can use another sweetener. Even without the pumpkin spice stevia, it’s a pumpkin explosion that is sure to get you into the fall spirit! A serving has 277 calories, five grams of carbs, one gram of fiber and 26 grams of fat. Get the recipe.

Pumpkin Bars with Chocolate Chips

If you’re in the mood for some seasonal baking, these delicious pumpkin blondies are just the ticket! They are studded with sugar-free chocolate and taste like pumpkin pie. If you don’t want to measure out all of the spices in the recipe, you can replace them with two and a half teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice. These blondies will be a hit after trick-or-treating! A serving has 311 calories, 11 grams of carbs, five grams of fiber and 29 grams of fat. Get the recipe.

We hope you enjoy all of these tasty treats. Happy Halloween!
