Four Savory Pumpkin Recipes

In July, we started seeing pumpkin-flavored things cropping up in our supermarkets. If you have spent any time looking at our recipes, you know we love pumpkin. But July? C’mon!

We think that pumpkin has to stay firmly in its lane. To us, the flavor cannot be introduced before mid-September. Of course, we let it linger until January. Squash is a winter vegetable; we’ll enjoy pumpkin-flavored dishes throughout the winter holidays!

We are now officially into pumpkin season. And we love it! Some of us are drinking pumpkin-flavored coffee in the office. We’re all feeling the spirit of fall! And that’s why we’re sharing four wonderful savory, low-carb, low-fat pumpkin recipes. There is so much more to pumpkin than pies and lattes!

It’s delicious and can be served as a side dish or main, depending on your serving size. Plus, it’s great any time of day!
