It often seems that, if you are vegan, people expect you to immediately be an adventurous eater who shuns traditional foods. We like trying new things and foods from different cultures. But, when it comes to breakfast, we prefer the old tried and true options.

You might think that traditional breakfasts aren’t an option for you after switching to a vegan diet. However, with a few substitutions, you can enjoy regular breakfast foods. But it needs to “activate” for at least 24 hours. So, make it one morning to enjoy the next! The recipe makes six servings, and the yogurt stays fresh in the fridge for seven days, so you can get almost a week’s worth of breakfast every time you make this dish! Easy Vegan Tofu Scramble

If you have recently switched to a vegan diet, there is a good chance you miss eggs. This easy tofu scramble will stop you from yearning for eggs. What’s more, unlike scrambled eggs, they can be reheated without going rubbery. And they are versatile and can be used in tacos! These waffles are gluten-free, low-carb and vegan. We don’t blame you if that makes you skeptical about their quality. But they are fluffy and use coconut flour that acts as a binder, so you don’t need eggs. These can be frozen for meal prep, so you have them whenever you want. But, we’ll be honest, they are better when they are just made! While they have quite a few ingredients, they are easy to make, sweet and a perfect way to start your day.
