Four Marvelous Mushroom Dishes

We love using different produce throughout the year. Eating seasonally helps us avoid getting bored and keeps us on a healthy, more varied diet.

Using national holidays as suggestions can be a great way to pick out your meals. While there are large holidays, like Labor Day, there is always something going on. September is National Mushroom Month. The USDA uses the month annually to remind people of fungi’s nutritional benefits and versatility.

We have shared a lot of mushroom recipes over the years. They have all been delicious and low-carb. We have four more recipes that are perfect for dinner. They’re all a little more “out there” than your standard creamed mushrooms or sauteed mushrooms that you might be used to!
