Four Sensational Sorbets

We love sorbet. It’s one of our favorite desserts. That’s why we have shared recipes for it in the past. And today, we are back at it. We feel you can’t have too many sorbet recipes!

Today, our recipes have no more than five ingredients — including water! And, while they take some freezing time, they are pretty easy to prepare. So, enjoy one of these delicious sorbets as the days get warmer!

Sugar-free Strawberry Sorbet

Our first recipe has four ingredients, including water. While there are only two steps listed in the instructions, when you read them, each step actually has two parts. We think it’s more honest to call it a four-step recipe. But it is still easy-peasy and delicious! Plus, it doesn’t call for an ice cream machine! A serving has 18 calories, four grams of carbs, one gram of fiber and one gram of fat. Get the recipe.

Low-carb Rhubarb Sorbet with Gin

The gin in this recipe adds to the flavor and stops the sorbet from freezing rock-hard and icy. If you wanted to omit it, you could. We would recommend omitting the red food dye. There is no reason to add it. You have to buy it or search through your pantry, yet all it accomplishes is making a pink food darker. A serving has 33 calories, four grams of carbs and one gram of fiber. Get the recipe.

Keto Blackberry Sorbet

Like the recipe before, this recipe uses alcohol to make it less icy. Unlike the rhubarb sorbet, it adds nothing to the flavor. If you avoid alcohol, feel free to omit it! It also calls for an ice cream machine. If you don’t have one, don’t worry. Use a blender to ensure everything is well mixed and slightly airy when you put it in the freezer, then stir it every hour as it freezes. It will be fine! A serving has 45 calories, five grams of carbs, 1.5 grams of fiber and 0.5 grams of fat. Get the recipe.

5-Minute Refreshing Mojito Sorbet

This alcohol-free sorbet recreates the flavor of a mojito. Unlike the other sorbets on our list, you don’t have to freeze this after you blend it. You do, however, have to freeze your cut cucumbers beforehand. By combining the ingredients with the frozen cucumber in a blender, you get sorbet ready to eat immediately. It will cool you down and refresh you immediately! A serving has 30 calories, seven grams of carbs, two grams of fiber and one gram of fat. Get the recipe.

We hope these wonderful sorbets help you stay cool and fulfill your cravings for something sweet this summer!
